Rehab Arisces was established in 2007 by co-owners, Kim Fleck and Jen Taylor. They started the company with the goal to provide caring, quality therapy to patients throughout the state of Wisconsin, which is what they strive to achieve everyday.
Our continuing success is because of the high degree of concern we have for those we service. Our therapists are highly skilled, qualified, and dedicated. We have earned and are proud of the reputation we have in the communities we work with by meeting the needs of our patients.
Jen graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1997. As co-owner of Rehab Arisces, Jen focuses on the financial aspects of the business. Jen enjoys working with the staff on the daily operations and ensuring that Rehab Arisces is the best it can be. Jen also enjoys treating patients with a speciality in neuro rehab and striving towards having the patients achieve their maximum level of independence.
Jen has been married to her husband, Jim, for 12 years. They have 5 children; Allison, Abigail, Emily, Megan, and Lauren. Jen enjoys spending time with her family, watching Badger sporting events, running, photography, and volunteering.
Kim Fleck graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy and attended the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh, where she earned her Masters of Business Administration. As co-owner of Rehab Arisces, Kim focuses on the operational and human resources aspects of the business, however, she enjoys patient care as well as seeing, through our services, our patients staying in the least restrictive environment.
Kim is married with three children. She likes reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
Molly graduated from Madison Area Technical College (MATC) with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy in 1995. Molly works in the Berlin, Waupun, Beaver Dam, and Ripon areas. She loves spending time with her patients and helping them get stronger.
Molly is married to her husband, Steve, and has two kids, Hayden and Sawyer. She enjoys spending her free time fishing, boating, and hanging out with her family at their cabin up north.
Jody earned her Masters in Physical Therapy from Concordia University. Jody works with patients at a number of assisted living facilities and homes throughout Northeast Wisconsin. She enjoys helping a diverse group of patients, ranging from Birth to Three and up.
Jody is married with five children. When she's not working, she loves camping and attending her kids' sporting events.
Kim graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. She sees patients in the Fox Cities as well as the western counties in Northeast Wisconsin. Kim enjoys working with people in their own elements and seeing what motivates them to improve.
Sarah earned her Associate Degree in Physical Therapy from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) in 1993. Sarah works with patients at a number of assisted living facilities and homes throughout Northeast Wisconsin. She loves meeting the interesting people she works with on a daily basis and keeping them in a safe environment.
Sarah is married and has two dogs. When she's not working, Sarah enjoys perennial gardening and landscaping.
Pati graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy in 1995. Pati works with patients in Berlin, Redgranite, and Wautoma. She loves helping people get back to living their lives to the fullest.
Pati is married to her husband, Jim, and has two stepdaughters, two step granddaughters, and two cats. During her free time, Pati enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, hiking, and canoeing.
Kris earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 1994. Kris works at a number of assisted living facilities and homes throughout Northeast Wisconsin. She loves working with her patients and watching them get better.
Kris is married with two sons, Noah and Carter. She loves cardmaking, scrapbooking, and going to sporting events.
Carolanne graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. She also earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Wisconsin Lutheran College. Carolanne works with patients in the Oshkosh area. She likes how every day is always different and making people better.
Carolanne is married with three children, one girl and two boys. She enjoys helping out at her kids school, scrapbooking, and pheasant hunting.
Kim earned her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC). Kim works with patients in the Fond du Lac area. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and providing them with individualized treatments. Her favorite part of her job is helping her patients gain independence.
Kim is married to her husband, Mitch, and has two children, Danny and Sydney. On her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.
Susan is a 1992 graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. Susan works in the Fox Valley area and has a special interest in urinary incontinence and lymphedema. She loves helping her patients recover and go on to living their lives independently; making a difference.
Susan is married with four children. She enjoys a variety of sports and spending time with her horses.
Jody graduated from Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy in 1995. Jody works with patients in Redgranite, Wautoma, and Wild Rose. She likes working and making her patients better.
Jody is married to her husband, Earl, and has three boys, Travis, Derek, and Brady. She enjoys spending her free time running and exercising.
Jim graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy and earned his certification as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). Jim is the Physical Therapist at the outpatient clinic in Fond du Lac. His favorite part about his job is he enjoys working with his patients.
Jim is married with five children. He likes gardening, cooking, Badger football games, and coaching Special Olympics basketball.
Lyndsey graduated from Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2009 and is working towards her Bachelors of Human Services degree at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Lyndsey works in the Fox Valley area and enjoys spending time with her patients in the different facilities.
Lyndsey is married to her husband, Thomas, and has two cats. She likes spending her free time scrapbooking, volunteering at the animal shelter, and being outdoors in the summer.
Gretchen graduated from Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) in 1996 with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy. Gretchen primarily works with patients in the Oshkosh area. She enjoys working with a variety of people and giving them the individualized treatment they need.
Gretchen has two children, Dustin and Hayley, a cat, and a dog. She loves spending her free time boating, camping, shopping, and going to Door County.
Staci earned her Associate Degree in Physical Therapy from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) in 1996. Staci works with patients at a number of assisted living facilities and homes throughout Northeast Wisconsin. She enjoys working with a variety of patients and seeing them in their environment.
Staci is married to her husband, Dave, and has two daughters, Isabelle and Emma, and a dog, Minni. She likes scrapbooking, reading, and swimming on her free time.

Cindi is married and loves spending her free time with husband bicycling, cooking, and gardening.
Barb graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy. Barb primarily works with patients in the Oshkosh and Berlin areas. She loves working with her patients and hearing all of the great stories they have to tell, especially developmentally disabled adults and those with dementia.
Barb is married to Scott and has two kids, Corbin and Mara. Barb enjoys running and reading on her free time.
Kelly graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) in 2006 with an Associate Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Kelly primarily works at one of our satellite offices, Bellevue Senior Living in Green Bay in addition to seeing patients in the Fox Valley area. Her favorite part about her job is being able to work with the aging patient population.
Kelly has been married to her husband, Ivar for 14 years. She likes photography, gardening, traveling within the United States, and hanging out with her dog, Chelsie. Kelly is also a member of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Fox Valley.
Amy is a 1993 graduate from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy. Amy works at a number of assisted living facilities and homes throughout Northeast Wisconsin. She enjoys getting to know her patients and making them better.
Amy is married to her husband, Troy, and has two daughters, Kara and Amanda. She loves spending her free time boating and traveling.
Al is a graduate from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy. Al works in the Oshkosh, Greenville, Winneconne, and Neenah areas. His favorite part about his job is improving his patients' lives and watching them get better.
Al is married with three children and a dog. On his free time, Al enjoys working on his fishing and golf game.
Ross is a graduate of Carroll University with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Ross looks forward to working with a variety of people and wishes to make a positive impact on all of his patient's lives, helping them achieve their highest potential for activity and wellness.
Ross is married to his wife, Britan, and has one daughter, Valerie. He likes spending time with his family; he loves the outdoors, and enjoys training and racing as a competitive road cyclist.
Dawn graduated from Moraine Park Technical College with a Medical Secretary Associate Degree. She also earned her Medical Billing Specialist (MBS) certification from the Wisconsin State Medical Society. Dawn is responsible for patient billing, from entry to payment.
Dawn is married with two children. She likes attending her kids' sporting events, shopping, and snowmobiling in the winter.
JoJo has about 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, working with caregivers and office staff. She enters patient information and charges, and follows through with insurance.
JoJo and her husband, Scott, have two boys, Tim and Travis. On free time, she enjoys watching her family play hockey.
Joscelyn graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Central College in Pella, Iowa. Joscelyn works throughout Northeast Wisconsin, developing accounts and building relationships with potential partners. She likes coordinating care and making people aware of the excellent services Rehab Arisces has to offer.
Joscelyn is married to her husband, Dean, for 15 years. They have three children, Drew, Dayne, and Drake. She enjoys reading and staying active through her children's sports, such as hockey and baseball.
Susan graduated from Caroll College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History. She answers the phones, takes referrals, and processes orders. Susan enjoys the positive work environment as well as the helpful and caring coworkers at Rehab Arisces. She likes that it's truly a team atmosphere working for the greater good of the patients.
Susan is married to her husband, Sam and has one son, Will. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and traveling.
Carol works with the company's home health, Birth to Three, and MHS accounts; takes care of the authorization paperwork for Lakeland Care District and Care Wisconsin; and assists with end of month billing. She loves working with the staff and working a flexible schedule.
Carol is the proud mom to her 15 year old son, Kyle. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to her son's judo tournaments, reading, Nascar, fishing, and hunting.
Toria graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2009 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management. Her primary responsibilities include serving as an Executive Assistant and managing the marketing, advertising, event planning, promotional, and social media aspects of the company.
Toria is engaged to her fiance, Micah. During her free time, she enjoys wedding planning and spending time with her family and friends!
